1. Agreement
By creating an account or using geoaivo.com you agree to these terms. If you use GeoAIVO on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
GeoAIVO measures brand visibility across Chinese AI engines and provides related content and optimization services. Audit results are informational estimates based on live AI-engine responses, which vary over time and between engines; we do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or business outcome.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- SaaS plans are prepaid for the chosen period (monthly or annual) via Cryptomus. Because crypto payments are not auto-charged, access continues until the period ends; renew to keep access.
- Service packages and retainers are billed per the pricing page or your order.
- Quotas (audits, brands, competitors) follow your plan and reset monthly.
4. Refunds
Given the compute cost of real AI-engine queries, subscription fees are non-refundable once audits have been run in a period. Service packages are refundable pro-rata for work not yet delivered. Contact us for any billing issue.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit unlawful content or brands you have no right to represent; attempt to manipulate measurements through deception; reverse-engineer, overload, or resell the platform without authorization; or use outputs to violate Chinese platform rules or advertising law.
6. Content & deliverables
Content we create for you (plans, articles, reports) becomes yours upon payment. Publishing on Chinese media is performed manually and subject to each platform's approval; we are not liable for third-party platform decisions. Deliverables sent for your review auto-approve after the stated window if no revision is requested.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination & changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
